Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC in Chicago is seeking an experienced Product Manager in Payments Trust & Safety to lead the development of new offerings and manage end-to-end product lifecycles that deliver value to customers.

You will be the voice of the customer, guiding successful launches, gathering feedback, and ensuring scalable, reliable product experiences. A strong track record in product strategy and cross-functional collaboration is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, business strategy, and/or management consulting.
• Advanced knowledge of the product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics.
• Proficiency in building business cases and ROI models that demonstrate client value propositions.
• Ability to use qualitative and quantitative inputs to drive client experience and product adoption.
• Experience in operational management and change readiness activities.
• Knowledge of traditional and emerging payment methods (ACH, Wire, Disbursements, Real Time Payments and Card).
• Proven program leadership with cross-functional teams.
• Strong MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers.
• Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap.
• Creating business cases for strategic initiatives that quantify the value we can deliver through new or enhanced products.
• Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
• Compiling insights of client pain points, evolving client needs and emerging market trends through client and competitive research, data analysis, internal feedback and market reviews.
• Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners.
