Chase is seeking a Vice President, Product Manager for Payments to lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle. You will shape and ship reusable platform services, balancing API-level detail with executive-level strategy.

You will own the roadmap, work with risk and governance teams, and drive scalable, observable services in production. The role requires leadership of a small, high-performing product team and a strong customer-owned mindset.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management, payments, financial services, or related tech roles.
• Experience delivering complex products in large, matrixed organizations.
• Strong product mindset with customer-first thinking and measurable outcomes.
• High technical fluency with APIs and service-based architectures in an Agile lifecycle.
• Proven execution with attention to detail and comfort in ambiguity.
• Strong risk orientation and production reliability focus.

Responsabilités

• Define and deliver customer journeys and platform strategies, including zero-to-one initiatives.
• Own the product lifecycle from discovery through launch, stabilization, adoption, and production improvements.
• Translate outcomes into clear requirements, KPIs, and user stories.
• Collaborate with engineering to influence design and ensure scalable, observable solutions.
• Own roadmap sequencing, prioritization, and agile execution for measurable outcomes.
• Establish production ownership including monitoring and incident response.
• Drive platform adoption and partner enablement through simpler integrations.
• Ensure strong risk and controls through collaboration with governance teams.
• Lead and coach a high-performing product team.
