Chase is seeking a Vice President Product Manager for Small and Mid-sized Business Payments in New York, NY. You will lead end-to-end product life cycle, voice the customer, and drive profitable products with scalability and resilience.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality payment solutions across platforms, balancing growth with risk and controls. Strong leadership and analytics are essential to succeed in a matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management or related field
• Proven ability to lead product lifecycle activities including discovery and ideation
• Advanced knowledge of digital payments, product development lifecycle, design and data analytics

Responsabilités

• Develop a product strategy and vision that delivers value to customers
• Lead discovery efforts and market research to identify customer needs and map them into the roadmap
• Own and refine the product backlog to support strategic roadmap and value proposition
• Incorporate data analytics, metrics, UX research, market analysis and company goals to prioritize initiatives
• Collaborate with Design, Data, and Tech teams; ensure risk & controls alignment with Legal and Compliance
• Manage production support, issue resolution, and deflection of defects
• Publish regular executive reports on product health, trends, and customer voice
