Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New York invites a Vice President to drive high-impact fintech partnerships that shape how payments services are delivered to thousands of business clients worldwide.

You will define business cases, value propositions, and product requirements, collaborating with global fintech ecosystems to source, evaluate, and develop strategic partnerships, while leading teams across Product, Sales, Technology, Legal and Investments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in corporate development, strategy, and/or payments/fintech.
• Ability to synthesize market signals into actionable partnership strategies.
• Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Proven deal execution and structuring capabilities.
• Experience leading multiple cross-functional workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate partnership opportunities that differentiate JPMorgan Payments and drive measurable client and business outcomes.
• Build strategic business cases including value proposition, target clients/use cases, competitive landscape, economics, and execution roadmap.
• Lead partner engagement end-to-end, including outreach, qualification, negotiation of terms, and internal alignment.
• Drive commercialization and go-to-market, coordinating with Sales and Marketing on positioning, enablement, pipeline creation, and client adoption.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across Product, Sales, Technology, Legal, Compliance/Risk, Operations, and Investments to deliver launches on schedule.
• Conduct diligence for investment and partnership decisions, assessing strategic fit, product/tech, financials, risks, and integration considerations.
• Develop and maintain ecosystem relationships with fintechs, venture capital, incubators, and industry forums.
