Job summary

Aledade is seeking a Vice President, Payer Engagement to lead post-contract payer partnerships and executive health plan relationships. You will shape Medicare Advantage strategy, oversee governance forums, and drive cross-functional alignment to maximize value-based care outcomes.

The role offers flexible remote options across the US, with potential office presence in Bethesda, MD, and requires extensive leadership and strategic collaboration with health plans and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 15+ years of progressive healthcare leadership experience.
• 10+ years in health plan environments with Medicare Advantage experience.
• Data-driven thinker with ability to translate insights into action.
• Strong leadership and relationship-building with executives.

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain relationships with health plan leaders to drive mutual success and align on strategic goals.
• Lead partnership governance structures and present value propositions to stakeholders.
• Coordinate across Clinical, Analytics, Product, Health Plan Performance, and Policy teams to align mutual goals.
• Lead a high-performing team and manage resources and performance objectives.
• Monitor MA performance metrics, risk adjustment, and quality initiatives to optimize outcomes.
