Aledade PBC is seeking a Senior Medical Director to lead clinical strategy and outcomes across value-based care contracts. You will develop and coach a team of Medical Directors and Clinical Directors, drive performance, and partner with executives to shape strategy.

• Develops and coaches a team of Medical Directors and Clinical Directors.
• Owns clinical strategy and outcomes for enterprise value-based care contracts.
• Drives clinical performance, including risk and hypertension initiatives, across portfolios.
• Deploys resources, manages escalations, and builds clinical leadership bench.
• Partners with executives and represents the clinical voice in strategy.
