Job summary

AssistRx, Inc. seeks a senior executive to lead Patient Solutions, responsible for end-to-end program execution, client satisfaction, and revenue growth across pharma partnerships.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration, optimize delivery models, and build scalable workforce strategies while maintaining stringent compliance and data privacy standards. This role reports to the executive leadership team and shapes the enterprise growth roadmap.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• MBA or MHA or related master's degree strongly preferred.
• 10–15+ years in healthcare operations, patient support programs, or pharma services.
• 5+ years in senior leadership (Director/VP level).

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight of all Patient Solutions programs to ensure delivery against KPIs and client expectations.
• Own P&L performance, including revenue realization and cost management.
• Lead large-scale, multi-site operations and program delivery with a focus on scalability.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Technology, Finance, Compliance) to drive innovation and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, data privacy, and audit readiness.
• Develop leadership bench strength and workforce strategy for sustained growth.
