Job summary

ConnectiveRx is expanding its Business Development leadership in the United States, seeking a seasoned professional with strong networks in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and patient services to drive Awareness and Adherence programs.

You will manage relationships with client executives, partners and agencies, collaborating with Business Line Management, Sales Operations and Senior Management to accelerate growth and market penetration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Science required; MBA preferred.
• At least ten years of senior-level success in Sales, Sales Support, Sales Management, and/or Promotional Services.
• Strong working knowledge of business development processes, financial management, and marketing principles.

Responsibilities

• Identify, build, and maintain relationships with customers and prospects to drive revenue and achieve sales goals.
• Lead sales efforts on an operational and strategic level.
• Manage expenses within budget, maximizing efficiency of client and prospect visits.
• Develop formal business plans for ConnectiveRx programs, focusing on sales activities and promotion.
• Oversee collection and maintenance of CRM data, ensuring accuracy and currency.
