The MetroHealth System in Cleveland, OH is seeking a VP of Patient Navigation to lead system-wide initiatives enhancing patient care and navigation. You will partner with senior leaders to set service expectations and improve the patient experience across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field or equivalent experience.
• Seven years of progressive management experience in healthcare.
• Ability to plan, coordinate, direct and evaluate activities and projects.
• Strong analytic and solution-driven decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and exceptional communication skills.
