The MetroHealth System is seeking a VP of Patient Navigation to lead system-wide operational initiatives that navigate patients across the MetroHealth System and oversee the development of patient navigation strategies. The role focuses on delivering high-quality care and strong customer loyalty through service expectations set with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or health-related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Seven years of progressive management experience, including patient throughput, triage, and/or case management.
• Ability to plan, coordinate, direct, and evaluate activities and projects.
• Strong analytic and solution-driven decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; leadership, communication, mentoring, customer service, and interpersonal skills; conflict management.
• Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization.
• Master's degree is preferred in Nursing, Healthcare, Business, or related field.
• Graduate from an approved nursing program and licensed in Ohio.
• Experience with Epic.
