Job summary

The Centers in Cleveland, OH, seeks an Executive Vice President, Nursing Services to lead nursing across our outpatient, crisis, residential, and community-based programs. The EVP will shape nursing practice, staffing models, and workforce development in alignment with our mission to deliver equitable, integrated care.

Qualified candidates hold an Ohio RN license, a master's degree in nursing or healthcare administration, and at least 9 years in progressive nursing leadership.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration (preferred).
• Active RN license in Ohio (required).
• Minimum 9 years of progressive nursing leadership experience (required).
• Experience across FQHC/CBHC or integrated care is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive nursing strategy aligned with organizational goals and community needs across multiple sites.
• Provide direct supervision and development for VP of Nursing Services and Director of Nursing for Crisis Services.
• Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance across all sites, including licensure and mandatory training.
• Lead interdisciplinary collaboration with physicians, HR and community stakeholders to advance nursing practice and outcomes.
