Job summary

SEO seeks a Vice President, Partner Relationships in New York to guide a $13M+ portfolio of corporate and philanthropic partnerships within the Career & Alternative Investments programs. This senior leader will engage with top external partners, translate strategy into execution, and foster a results‑driven team culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Master’s degree in business or related fields highly preferred.
• 10–15 years of experience leading teams and programs/initiatives in the for‑profit sector with nonprofit exposure a plus.
• Experience driving revenue with corporate partners and philanthropic foundations a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive partnership portfolio performance over $13M+ across financial services, alternative investments, and corporate sectors.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing partnerships and develop new ones aligned with program goals.
• Guide the Partnerships team to deliver high‑quality partner experiences and successful internship/full‑time outcomes.
• Collaborate with EVP and Chief Advancement Officer to align partnership strategies with program needs and organizational priorities.
• Lead the Partnerships team, setting goals, monitoring performance, and providing coaching and development.
