Huge is seeking a VP, Client Partnership to lead strategic and tactical efforts across a portfolio of clients. You will serve as the senior partner for clients and internal teams, ensuring relationship health and high-quality work products.

You will manage a team responsible for day-to-day operations, driving successful engagements, profitability, and long-term client value. A passion for digital space, creative work, and building remarkable user-branded experiences is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading large-scale client engagements in digital agencies or tech services.
• Proven track record managing $5M+ of client work with quality and financial health prioritized.
• Experience leading 20+ cross-functional teams and building a culture of accountability.
• Expertise in overall account management, growth, and cross-functional leadership.
• Ability to develop engagement strategy with senior leadership and project teams.
• Strong network with client executives and ability to secure long-term partnerships.
• Experience in negotiating statements of work and contracts to protect profitability.
• Proven ability to forecast needs, plan deliverables, and manage client expectations.
