Job summary

Starcom is seeking a senior media strategist to lead holistic media planning and deliver on client objectives. You will manage senior relationships, ensure data-driven recommendations, and collaborate with analytics and research teams to drive strategic opportunities across campaigns.

The role requires extensive experience in media planning/strategy and leadership, with a strong ability to communicate complex insights clearly and confidently.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in media planning/strategy with progressive levels of responsibility.
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience.
• Experience across all media types (omnichannel, brand/performance, national/local, etc.).
• Strong communication and ability to tell a story through presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead media strategy development and holistic planning to deliver campaign objectives.
• Build and maintain key client relationships and serve as main point of contact across workstreams.
• Ensure media recommendations are supported by data and insights.
• Maintain knowledge of media and category landscapes to inform client discussions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate strategy into tactical plans.
