Starcom, part of Publicis Groupe, seeks a Senior Associate, Planning to work across internal teams, vendors, and clients to develop and execute multi-channel media plans. You will craft innovative strategies to meet client objectives and provide actionable insights.

You will collaborate with junior staff to manage plan development, cross-team communication, and in-market optimizations. The role emphasizes day-to-day strategy, POV creation, plan presentation, and performance analysis, with

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in marketing, advertising, communications, business or related field.
• 1–2+ years of media planning experience across channels, digital preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong organization and communication.
• Detail-oriented, able to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Help drive day-to-day strategies to meet client objectives.
• Research and write media POVs for campaigns.
• Present media plans and maintain updates with objectives and strategies.
• Prepare flowcharts and budgets for media plans.
• Assist with optimizing, implementing, and analyzing marketing activities.
• Report on key metrics and develop insights for optimization.
• Share data and insights across internal teams to inform strategy.
• Foster relationships with internal teams and client groups.
• Assist with other projects as assigned.
