Job summary

Radial Entertainment seeks a VP, Owned & Operated Applications to relaunch and grow its direct-to-consumer O&O streaming apps. You will own strategy, roadmap, distribution and revenue for the FilmRise, Shout!

and related apps across Roku, Fire TV, Google TV and more. Reporting to the EVP, Distribution, you will lead cross-functional teams, optimize monetization, and scale user acquisition while partnering with content, ad sales, legal and finance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in streaming, digital distribution, or connected-TV platforms with revenue outcomes.
• Experience leading app distribution or app-platform work at a device/OS partner.
• Entrepreneurial operator with proven product or business line launches.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end launch and long-term roadmap for O&O apps across major platforms.
• Lead app development, monetization, and vendor management with cross-functional teams.
• Grow AVOD/SVOD revenue, reduce CAC, and optimize retention across platforms.
• Manage partnerships, CMS, analytics, and terms with platforms and OEMs.
• Build and scale the O&O distribution team and operating cadence.
