Lionsgate is seeking a Director of Channels Growth & Strategy to define and drive growth across streaming and channels. You will shape campaigns for audience growth, subscriber acquisition, engagement, and retention, coordinating with marketing, content, and partnerships teams.

The role emphasizes data-informed decision making, cross-functional leadership, and building scalable channel programs across SVOD, AVOD, and partner ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in relevant field.
• 10+ years in growth marketing, lifecycle/CRM, subscriber marketing, or related digital strategy roles within entertainment.
• Strong analytical, communication, and executive-facing storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute growth marketing strategies across SVOD, AVOD, and FAST.
• Collaborate with VP Channels Marketing on strategy, insights, and investment decisions.
• Translate brand strategy into paid, owned, and earned media campaigns across touchpoints.
