Job summary

Roku is seeking a Senior Manager, Content Strategy & Analysis to guide the strategy and analytics for the Content organization across the US, Canada, and UK.

The role spans Licensed/Original, FAST/Live/VOD, and requires partnering with Content, Finance, Core Analytics, Ad Revenue Operations, Subscriptions/Content Distribution Insights, and Product/Engineering to turn data into actionable recommendations that shape the portfolio and inform investment decisions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in streaming, content strategy, or related analytics roles.
• Strong quantitative skills and proficiency with BI tools.
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for content strategy and investments.

Responsibilities

• shape content strategy roadmap across Licensed / Original and FAST / Live / VOD for US, CA, UK.
• lead end‑to‑end analytics including licensing valuations, rev‑share mix, and originals performance.
• partner with Content, Finance, Analytics, Ads, Product, and Engineering across multiple markets.
• manage a small analytics team and mentor junior analysts.
• translate data insights into executive briefs, dashboards, and playbooks for decision makers.
• drive efficiency in content volume and portfolio performance across formats.
