Endeavor has engaged with a dynamic, privately held regional bank seeking a VP Originations & Business Development to join their team in the San Francisco Bay Area.

The Role

The Vice President, Originations is responsible for sourcing, structuring, and originating bridge-to-HUD and direct HUD/FHA Section 232 loan transactions across the West Coast, with a primary focus on skilled nursing facilities (SNFs). The role develops new client relationships, expands existing partnerships, and builds a consistent pipeline of financing opportunities aligned with the firm’s strategic objectives.

Essential duties include sourcing new deals across the West Coast and developing relationships with existing clients. Develop deal structures and underwrite loans, as well as conduct due diligence. Lead transaction management and the closing process with the TM team.

Ideal Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Business, or related field required.
• 7+ years of experience in commercial real estate finance and bridge lending, including SNF and bridge-to-HUD lending.
