Job description

Endeavor Agency (www.endeavorCRE.com) is a commercial real estate talent agency providing high touch recruitment services throughout California and major western US cities. Endeavor has engaged with a privately held, growing real estate development and investment company seeking a Vice President, Acquisitions & Dispositions. This is a leadership role that will play a pivotal role in driving regional growth and will be responsible for overseeing acquisition and disposition strategies and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. This role reports to the Senior Vice President, is responsible for coordinating with multiple individuals and departments to work closely with a team of executives, vice presidents, development managers, and analysts as they lead the company’s real estate operations in an assigned region.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Senior Vice President to develop and execute regional acquisition and disposition strategies.
  • Lead all aspects of property transactions; from sourcing and negotiation to due diligence and closing.
  • Oversee financial analysts in preparing cash flow models, valuations, and risk analyses to guide investment decisions.
  • Manage brokers, buyers, sellers, and other key stakeholders throughout the transaction process.
  • Coordinate with legal on contracts, title, environmental, and other documentation to ensure timely closings.
  • Build and maintain relationships with brokers, owners, developers, and industry contacts.
  • Track market trends, competitive activity, and economic conditions to inform strategy.
  • Deliver regular reports and updates to the Senior Vice President.
  • Support the preparation of materials for quarterly and annual board reports.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, finance, economics, or a related field required.
  • Master’s degree in real estate, development, urban planning, business, or a related discipline preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Argus and asset valuation principles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated success managing commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions.
  • Strong financial and analytical acumen with expertise in valuation, investment analysis, and transaction negotiation.
  • Proven leadership and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to manage teams, projects, and complex real estate deals.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship management abilities; detail-oriented, adaptable, and results-driven.
