The VP will source deals, develop structures, underwrite loans, perform due diligence, and lead transaction management through closing with the TM team,

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in commercial real estate finance and bridge lending.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling and credit evaluation skills.
• Strong communication and client engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing new deals across the West Coast and building client relationships.
• Develop deal structures and underwrite loans; conduct due diligence.
• Lead transaction management and the closing process with the TM team.
