Job summary

Endeavor Real Estate Group seeks a Vice President of Capital Markets to source and secure capital for real estate investments. You will develop lender relationships, negotiate loan and JV documents, and oversee closings, reporting to the CFO.

You will lead debt structuring, forecasting capital needs, and drive capital strategy across development and acquisition projects in Central Texas. CPA/MBA preferred, with 10+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• Prior experience sourcing, negotiating and closing debt for real estate investments on the principal side of a commercial real estate firm.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university in a related field and at least 10 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience; CPA and/or MBA are preferred.

• Manage the transaction closing process

• Review and negotiate partnership/joint venture documents

As the Vice President of Capital Markets, you will be responsible for sourcing and securing capital for our real estate investments. This includes building and managing relationships with lenders, negotiating joint venture and loan documents, overseeing transaction closings, and projecting an investment’s capital strength. The VP will play an integral role in the overall vision and strategy of the company’s growth. This role will report to the CFO.
