Job summary

Endeavor Real Estate Group in Austin seeks a Vice President of Capital Markets to source and secure capital for real estate investments, managing lender relationships and documenting joint venture and loan agreements. The role reports to the CFO and drives the company’s growth strategy.

The VP will oversee the investment capital process, close transactions, review complex loan and JV documents, and forecast capital needs across development and acquisitions.

Qualifications

• Prior experience sourcing, negotiating and closing debt for real estate investments.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university in a related field and at least 10 years related experience and/or training; CPA and/or MBA are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source and structure debt for real estate investments, both development and acquisitions.
• Develop and maintain investor and lender relationships.
• Manage the transaction closing process.
• Review and negotiate loan documents.
• Review and negotiate partnership/joint venture documents.
• Review and approve construction draws.

As the Vice President of Capital Markets, you will be responsible for sourcing and securing capital for our real estate investments. This includes building and managing relationships with lenders, negotiating joint venture and loan documents, overseeing transaction closings, and projecting an investment’s capital strength. The VP will play an integral role in the overall vision and strategy of the company’s growth. This role will report to the CFO.

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university in a related field and at least 10 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience; CPA and/or MBA are preferred.
