Job summary

PIMCO is seeking a senior leader to accelerate AI-enabled transformation across Global Operations in New York. The role partners with Technology, TASC, and vendors to translate emerging technologies into practical improvements and measurable outcomes.

The position oversees the Operations Digitalization and Process Re-engineering team (5-6 direct reports) and reports to the EVP, Head of Client Operations & Digitalization. Focuses on adoption, execution, and delivering operational leverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in asset management/finance with transformation experience.
• Proven ability to lead enterprise-scale transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 5-6 direct reports focused on AI adoption and process transformation.
• Accelerate AI initiatives across Operations with external vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Drive end-to-end process reviews and re-engineering to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Oversee rollout of automated workflow tools and AI agents across Global Operations.
• Collaborate with Operations, Technology, and business functions to drive adoption and measurable improvements.
