- Lead a 5–6 person team focusing on digitalization, AI adoption, and process transformation.
- Accelerate AI initiatives across Operations and with TASC.
- Oversee vendor collaboration and deployment of AI strategies.
- Drive end-to-end process reviews and workflow automation initiatives.
- Ensure alignment with Operations, Technology, and business stakeholders.
- Model and deliver measurable efficiency gains and operating leverage.
