Job summary

Citco Group Limited in Dallas, TX, is seeking a Vice President to lead the Operating Model, Product & Client Solutions, shaping how services run end to end and how scalable products are delivered to clients in the private assets space.

You will partner with Operations, IT, and client teams to ensure practical, adopted changes across complex client implementations, onboarding, and ongoing client servicing, while guiding cross-functional teams toward measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in private assets accounting or operations.
• Hands-on experience of process improvement, system implementation or project delivery.
• Strong technical knowledge of private assets processes — general ledger, capital activity, fee and waterfall calculations, financial statements and investor reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interrogate data and evidence a recommendation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver operating model and product change end to end.
• Document current state end to end, identify root causes, and design the target state process.
• Write and agree business requirements with IT, the Transformation Office and focus areas, and support delivery.
• Design, plan and execute testing, including UAT, and manage defects through sign-off.
• Support implementation of fund structures, new client setups, complex client transitions and onboarding.
