Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field; professional accounting designation a plus.
• Strong technical knowledge of private assets accounting and operations, including fund structures and complex calculations.
• Advanced computer skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end operating model and product redesign for a portfolio of Private Assets services.
• Define the target operating model for a product or service, including roles and controls.
• Develop and implement standards across regions to drive consistency and efficiency.
• Report on progress, risks and benefits realization to leadership and stakeholders.
