Job summary

The Citco Group Limited is seeking a senior Strategic Operations leader to own the Private Assets operating model, balancing long-term transformation with near-term client demand. You will drive cross-functional collaboration with Operations, IT and client teams to ensure scalable solutions and program governance.

You will also guide transformation portfolios, develop the team (including rotational colleagues) and maintain alignment across departments while representing Citco in leadership

Qualifications

• 12–15 years’ experience in fund administration, alternative asset management or related financial services.
• Demonstrable record of delivering large-scale operating model or product re-engineering initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of private assets operating models, fund structures and end-to-end service model.
• Strong executive stakeholder management and credibility with clients and senior leadership.
• Commercial judgement and ability to price and commit to deliverables.
• Portfolio and programme governance experience across multiple focus areas.
• Leadership experience of other professionals including rotational colleagues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced computer skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Own the operating model for Private Assets, defining end-to-end service delivery.
• Lead the Operating Model, Product & Client Solutions focus area and align with strategic priorities.
• Represent Strategic Operations in client pitches, POCs and strategic direction setting.
• Drive reuse of marquee solutions across the client book and oversee rollout.
• Partner with Operations, IT and client teams to align change activity.
• Govern transformation portfolio including prioritisation, resources and budgets.
