Job summary

Citco Group Limited in Dallas is seeking a Vice President, Digital Workflow, Automation & AI to lead automation initiatives within Strategic Operations. The role blends operational and technology leadership to deliver scalable workflow solutions and AI opportunities across regions.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of private assets experience, hands-on automation deployment, and strong communication with both operations and IT partners. Hybrid work in the Dallas area is expected.

Qualifications

8+ years’ experience in private assets accounting or operations with hands‑on exposure to automation or process improvement.
Hands‑on experience of automation deployment, workflow design, process improvement or system implementation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging operational teams and technology partners.

Responsibilities

Deliver automation and digital workflow change from opportunity identification through deployment and measured benefit.
Identify processes suitable for automation or AI, quantify the opportunity, and build the case.
Design the target workflow, including exception handling and the controls around it.
Write and agree requirements with IT and the Transformation Office, and support build.
Plan and execute testing (including UAT) and manage defect resolution through sign‑off.
Deploy solutions and confirm adoption across the business; measure realised benefits.
Collaborate with Operating Model, Product & Client Solutions and Data teams on automation dependencies.
