Job summary

Citco is seeking a Manager for Operating Model, Product & Client Solutions in Dallas. This role supports redesign and delivery of end-to-end operating models and client solutions, collaborating with Operations and IT to translate business requirements into actionable deliverables.

You will map current processes, design target states, draft BRDs, and lead testing cycles. A strong emphasis on data, governance and stakeholder communication will shape successful client implementations.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate clearly with business and technology partners.
• Experience with process improvement, testing or project work.
• Comfortable engaging both operations and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Support redesign and delivery of operating model and product changes.
• Map current state processes and gather data to identify friction points.
• Design target state processes, controls and handoffs.
• Draft business requirements for IT and Transformation Office reviews.
• Build and execute test scripts, run UAT and track defects.
• Document client-specific requirements and evidence deviations from standard.
