This strategic role requires deep technical expertise in private assets fund accounting, strong leadership, and a track record of expanding client wallets while ensuring compliance with KPIs, SLAs, and fund documents.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years private equity experience in fund administration or asset management.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management.
• Deep technical expertise in private assets fund accounting and related processes.
• Experience managing high-profile client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead Client Service and Fund Accounting for Private Equity clients.
• Develop and mentor the Dallas team delivering best-in-class service.
• Monitor and own gross margins for clients, expanding wallet share.
• Collaborate with Business Development on pitches and client presentations.
• Ensure compliance with KPIs, SLAs, and Fund Documents.
• Oversee client relationships and drive operational excellence.
