Job summary

Citco, a global leader in fund services, seeks a Senior Vice President to lead the Operating Model, Product & Client portfolio for Private Assets. This hybrid role in Dallas focuses on end-to-end service redesign, implementing scalable solutions in collaboration with Client Services, Product and Integration teams.

You will drive strategic operating models, align with data/platform enablement, and mentor rotational colleagues while delivering value to marquee clients.

Qualifications

• You have 12–15 years’ experience in private assets, working at a fund administrator, fund manager or comparable environment.
• Proven delivery of operating model redesign, process re-engineering or transformation initiatives in financial services.
• Strong technical knowledge of private assets accounting and operations, including fund structures and complex calculations.
• The ability to see a whole service end to end and design for scale across jurisdictions.
• Experience with large client relationships and credible front of client discussions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operating model and product redesign for Private Assets services from problem definition to adoption.
• Redesign how a service runs end to end, not patching but rebuilding for client needs.
• Translate pain points into a defined scope, business case and delivery plan.
• Define target operating model, roles, handoffs, controls and location strategy.
• Develop and implement standards to drive consistency and efficiency across regions.
• Act as Operations voice in client pitches and solution design, ensuring deliverability.
• Lead complex client transitions and implementations from an Operations standpoint.
