The Citco Group Limited is seeking a Manager for Operating Model, Product & Client Solutions in Jersey City, NJ. This hybrid role supports the redesign and delivery of operating models and products within Strategic Operations, collaborating with IT, Transformation Office, and client teams.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in private assets accounting or operations, strong Excel skills, and the ability to engage both cross-functional teams and technology partners.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in private assets accounting or operations.
• Solid knowledge of private assets processes—GL, capital activity, fee calculations, investor reporting.
• Exposure to process improvement, system testing or project work.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced Excel with exposure to reporting/automation tooling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Redesign and delivery of operating model and product changes with hands-on analysis, testing and implementation.
• Map current state processes and gather data to identify friction and cost.
• Design target state processes, controls and handoffs.
• Draft business requirements and IT-review documentation for Transformation Office.
• Build and execute test scripts, run UAT, and track defects to resolution.
• Document client-specific processes and evidence differences from standard model.
• Prepare analyses for client pitches, POCs and solution design.
• Support onboarding and transitions on accounting platforms for new clients.
• Maintain reuse inventory and project documentation; help go-live and adoption.
