Job summary

zerohash is seeking a VP of Engineering to lead the Trade organization, responsible for trading technology powering execution, liquidity, and market access across the platform. Qualifications

15+ years of software design and development experience with backend and distributed systems.
8+ years of engineering leadership experience, managing multiple managers and senior engineers.

Responsibilities

Own the technical vision, architecture, and roadmap for the trading organization.
Lead and scale a multi-team engineering group with managers and ICs.
Ensure reliability, performance, and risk of trading systems including matching engines and FIX connectivity.
