Job summary

zerohash seeks a VP - Head of Liquidity & Exchange Services to lead and scale digital asset liquidity across CLOB and RFQ trading. You will own end-to-end operations, strategy, and cross-functional collaboration with Settlement, Finance, Compliance, Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams.

You will build deep partnerships with market makers and stablecoin issuers, manage OTC operations where applicable, and drive global liquidity initiatives while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

12–15+ years leading exchange/liquidity services or similar leadership.
5–8+ years in FinTech; crypto/digital assets experience required.
Proven track record building and scaling functions from scratch.

Responsibilities

Design and implement global liquidity strategies for CLOB and RFQ.
Manage liquidity partner and market maker relationships and terms.
Lead operations, settlement optimization, and OTC activities where applicable.
Foster stablecoin issuer relationships and tokenized assets markets.
Oversee asset configuration, listing, and regulatory compliance.
Monitor liquidity metrics and report to executive management.
