zerohash is seeking a VP - Head of Liquidity & Exchange Services to lead a global liquidity and exchange services function. This senior role reports to executive leadership and will own end-to-end operations and strategy across CLOB and RFQ trading systems.

You will collaborate with Settlement, Finance, Compliance, Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams, presenting findings to the executive team. The role requires 12–15+ years in exchange/liquidity leadership, 5–8+ years in FinTech with

• 12–15+ years leading exchange/liquidity services or related leadership role.
• 5–8+ years in FinTech; crypto/digital assets experience required.
• Experience in trading, market making, or liquidity management.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute liquidity strategy for CLOB and RFQ globally.
• Manage relationships with market makers, liquidity providers, and stablecoin issuers.
• Oversee operations, settlement optimization, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead OTC operations where applicable and coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Product, and Finance.
• Build and nurture deep markets for zerohash-issued assets and tokenized products.
• Ensure governance and reporting to executive leadership.
