Job summary

zerohash seeks a VP/SVP of Business Operations to build and scale a cross-functional ops function from the ground up. You will own five pillars: BI, AI rollout, procurement, new product/market analysis, and organizational design & operating efficiency, partnering with Finance, Compliance, Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams.

You will present findings to the executive team, drive data-informed decisions, and shape the company's operating model for rapid, responsible growth in the US.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of progressive experience in business operations and strategy.
• 5–8+ years in FinTech; crypto/digital assets/payments experience a strong plus.
• Proven track record building functions from scratch.
• Sharp analytical skills with comfort in ambiguity; board-level presentations.
• Experience driving AI adoption within a scale operating business.
• Strong vendor negotiation and procurement strategy experience.
• Excellent executive communication with C-suite exposure.
• Based in the United States and able to travel to team hubs.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale five pillars: BI, AI rollout, procurement, product/market analysis, and org design & operating efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Finance, Compliance, Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams.
• Define metrics and dashboards; establish a single source of truth across systems.
• Own the enterprise-wide AI roadmap, governance, and change management.
• Drive cost discipline and vendor consolidation across software, infra, and services.
• Provide headcount planning and org health metrics to scale the company efficiently.
