Job summary

BNY Mellon is seeking a Vice President, Production Services Application Support to join the Execution Services Production Support team in Boston, MA. You will administer and support trading applications across fixed income, equity, derivatives and FX, building strong relationships with traders and tech partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in the Production Services in a Financial Services or equivalent professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with traders and technology teams to administer and support trading applications and workflows.
• Build, manage and cultivate relationships with internal and external trading technology stakeholders.
• Improve business functions through Buy Side Trading Solutions technology and workflow support.
• Investigate, manage and drive solutions to technical issues for business partners with top-tier service and restoration times.
• Provide production oversight and control to improve stability of the trading technology environment.
• Participate in development, deployment and utilization of monitoring systems to improve issue visibility and proactive support.
• Support global operations across US, EMEA and APAC.
• Assist with onboarding and administration of Buy Side Trading Solutions applications.
