Bank of America in New York is seeking an experienced production services specialist to support front line operations for Equities Derivatives & Swaps. You will monitor platforms, perform root cause analysis, and ensure stability across services, coordinating with a global production services team.

The role requires a background in trading platforms, strong communication skills, and collaboration with traders and technologists to ensure smooth releases and platform resiliency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in application support for trading platforms.
• Experience with Windows, UNIX, Linux and SQL.
• Strong in triage, root cause analysis and incident resolution.

Responsabilités

• Provide front line technical support for Equities Derivatives & Swaps production traders.
• Lead incident, problem management and ongoing release stability activities.
• Collaborate with Traders, Middle Office, Sales and technology to deliver enhancements.
• Produce regular reports on system stability and incident trends.
