Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in application support for trading platforms.
• Experience with Windows, UNIX, Linux and SQL.
• Strong in triage, root cause analysis and incident resolution.

Responsibilities

• Provide front line technical support for Equities Derivatives & Swaps production traders.
• Lead incident, problem management and ongoing release stability activities.
• Collaborate with Traders, Middle Office, Sales and technology to deliver enhancements.
• Produce regular reports on system stability and incident trends.
