Job summary

Diamond Mowers seeks a VP of Information Technology to lead strategy, governance, and performance across business systems, data, and infrastructure. You will partner with the CEO and executive team to translate business goals into scalable, secure technology that supports growth and operational excellence.

You will oversee ERP/MRP, CRM, analytics, and MES/OT initiatives, building a high-performing IT organization and managing key vendor relationships to drive value and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, business, engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Experience leading ERP/MRP, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and technology strategy.
• Experience managing third-party IT service providers and partners.
• Strong data analytics, BI, and system integration knowledge.
• Ability to translate business needs into pragmatic tech solutions.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company IT strategy and multi-year technology roadmap.
• Align IT investments with company objectives and budgets.
• Oversee ERP/MRP, CRM, and other core business applications.
• Ensure data strategy, reporting, BI, and analytics across the company.
• Maintain cybersecurity, risk management, and business continuity.
• Lead IT team and manage third-party tech partners.
• Partner with Operations and Engineering on MES and manufacturing IT.
