Job summary

Diamond Mowers is seeking a strategic Vice President of Information Technology to lead the IT organization, align technology with business goals, and drive performance, cybersecurity, and growth. The role reports to the CEO and guides ERP/MRP, data analytics, infrastructure, and manufacturing technology.

The candidate will have 10+ years of manufacturing IT leadership, a strong business mindset, and experience managing third‑party partners; travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 10+ years of progressive IT leadership, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading ERP/MRP, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data analytics initiatives.
• Experience managing third-party IT service providers and technology partners.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate business needs into practical technology solutions.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's IT strategy and multi-year technology roadmap.
• Align technology priorities with overall company objectives and budgets.
• Lead ERP/MRP, CRM, and other core business applications to support Sales, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain.
• Ensure cybersecurity, reliability, and business continuity across the IT stack.
• Manage third-party IT providers and internal IT staff to deliver value and accountability.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain on MES and manufacturing technology initiatives.
