Job summary

Wild Marketing Group Inc. is seeking a Vice President of Information Technology to define and execute a multi-year IT roadmap that supports rapid growth. You will own and optimize systems from ERP to e-commerce, ensuring security, data integrity and performance across global operations.

You’ll chair an IT Council, lead architecture and integration efforts, and drive technology-enabled growth while managing the budget and team development. This is a hands-on, strategic leadership role.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience.
• 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Hands-on depth with ERP platforms, especially NetSuite.
• Experience owning custom development and solution architecture.
• Proven ability to drive architecture, security or AI governance adoption.
• Executive presence and ability to translate tech decisions into business terms.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year IT roadmap aligned to business goals.
• Chair an IT Council with cross-functional representation to govern investments.
• Own and optimize business systems (ERP, EDI, product data, WMS, CRM, e-commerce).
• Lead solution architecture and integration strategy across REST, APIs, and middleware.
• Oversee global infrastructure, cybersecurity posture, and DR/BC planning.
• Define data protection compliance (GDPR, privacy regulations).
• Manage IT budget, vendor relationships, and staffing plan; build and mentor the team.
