Job summary

Vehicle Service Group, a Dover Company, seeks a Digital Technology Manager to lead IT solution delivery across ERP, CRM, MES and related systems. You will partner with MSPs, integrators, and IT partners to align technology with business goals and drive change management across the organization.

The role requires senior-level business analysis, strategic planning, and cross-functional leadership to ensure compliant, efficient IT operations that support manufacturing and service processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree is required and STEM preferred.
• 5+ years as a Business Analyst, IT Manager or IT Project Manager.
• 7+ years in a manufacturing environment.
• 7+ years delivering services/projects via 3rd parties.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent business acumen and stakeholder communication.
• Experience with ERP/CRM/WMS/MES/PLM and related SaaS integrations; ITIL, SLA/SLO/KPIs knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team to define and implement ERP, CRM, MES, and other Enterprise systems to optimize core capabilities.
• Manages daily site/region operations support and cost reduction through standard IT processes.
• Collaborates with IT leadership to develop multi-year roadmaps aligned to business strategy.
• Acts as PM to prioritize IT projects and secure resources to deliver on time and within budget.
• Maintains relationships with service delivery partners and ensures contractual compliance.
• Ensures SOX compliance and internal controls across enterprise systems.
• Supports IT DR/BC strategy with scheduled testing and recovery planning.
