Job summary

Athletics - Business Operations in Las Vegas seeks a strategic Vice President, Security to guide all security strategy and operations across ballpark facilities and events. You will ensure a safe, secure environment for fans, staff, players, and guests while enabling a premier guest experience.

The role oversees event-day security, facility security, emergency preparedness, threat assessment, access control, and security technology.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Minimum 10 years of progressive security leadership experience.
Experience leading security planning and operations for large events or venues.

Responsibilities

Develop and lead the organization’s overall security strategy, policies, and operating standards.
Oversee security operations for games, concerts, and events at the ballpark.
Lead emergency preparedness, crisis response, and threat mitigation efforts.
Build and maintain relationships with law enforcement, fire, emergency management, and public safety partners.
Oversee security protocols for players, staff, guests, and vendors.
Lead security technology deployment, surveillance, access control, and credentialing.
