Job summary

Athletics in Las Vegas seeks a Vice President of Security to lead strategy and operations for the ballpark, offices, and events, ensuring safety for fans, employees, players, and guests while supporting a welcoming guest experience.

You will oversee event-day security, emergency preparedness, access control, surveillance, and crisis response; manage teams and vendors; and partner with law enforcement and public safety agencies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive security leadership experience in professional sports, live entertainment, large-scale venues, or similarly complex environments.
• Experience leading security planning and operations for major events and venues.
• Experience with security technology and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the organization's security strategy, policies, and standards.
• Oversee security operations for games, concerts, and events.
• Lead emergency preparedness, crisis response, and threat mitigation.
• Build relationships with law enforcement and public safety partners.
• Oversee access control, surveillance, credentialing, and screening systems.
• Manage internal teams, vendors, budgets, and staffing.
