Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4–8 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Experience as Scrum Master for software development teams on large initiatives.
• Knowledge of Agile approaches: Scrum, SAFe, XP, Kanban, Spotify.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Scrum principles and team events are followed, productive, and timeboxed.
• Remove impediments and resolve team dependencies.
• Support problem identification, root cause analysis, and decision making.
• Facilitate program backlog management and Big Room Planning.
• Coach teams to high performance and empirical product planning.
