Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New York seeks a Vice President Agility Lead to champion agile practices across multiple teams, coaching leaders, Product Owners, and delivery teams to improve planning, execution, and continuous improvement.

You will use data and facilitation to remove barriers and help teams deliver high-quality work with confidence. You will lead 4–5 Scrum teams, facilitate ceremonies, manage backlogs with Product Owners, and drive transparency through Jira dashboards.

Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master or equivalent agile certification.
• 5+ years hands-on Agile/Scrum experience.
• Experience coaching multiple Scrum teams in a product delivery environment.
• Proficiency in Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Advanced Jira expertise including JQL and dashboards.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills for multiple levels.
• Analytical, data-driven mindset with process-improvement capability.

Responsibilities

• Champion consistent adherence to Scrum principles across teams.
• Lead and coach 4–5 Scrum teams across one or two product areas.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies to be inclusive, productive and time-boxed.
• Identify and remove impediments; track dependencies to keep delivery moving.
• Coach teams to deliver high-value increments meeting quality standards and DoD.
• Partner with Product Owners on backlog management and stakeholder collaboration.
• Improve delivery transparency through Jira dashboards and actionable reporting.
• Monitor agile health metrics and guide continuous improvement experiments.
• Strengthen team effectiveness by reinforcing Scrum practices toward shared goals.
• Influence stakeholders through clear communication and structured decision-making.
• Teach problem-solving techniques and promote continuous learning using data-driven methods.
