Job summary

BNY seeks a Senior Vice President of Agile Coaching to lead the Agile Delivery Practice in New York City. You will partner with senior IT and business leaders to advance lean-agile methods, design enterprise roadmaps, and drive transformational change across lines of business.

As a servant leader, you mentor teams, evangelize best practices, and run trainings and workshops. You will measure impact with metrics and help organizations scale Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe across complex programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or technical-related discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred.
10-12 years of experience in providing consulting advice to senior IT and business management; securities/financial services experience is a plus.
Strong knowledge of Lean-Agile principles, practices, frameworks, and methods, including SAFe, Kanban, Scrum, and Lean.
Expertise in cross-functional team leadership, coaching/mentoring, conflict resolution, and facilitation/teaching.
Experience running Agile projects of varying size and complexity.

Responsibilities

Help teams across lines of business adopt and improve Agile methods and practices.
Operate at an enterprise level to propose long-term strategy roadmaps before pilot projects.
Serve as a servant leader and mentor, evangelizing Agile best practices.
Facilitate trainings and workshops, measuring success through metrics.
