Position Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven and strategic VP of Sales to lead our U.S. sales operations, expand into offline B2B channels, and build a high-performing sales organization. This individual will ideally come from a mid-to high office furniture manufacturer or a project-focused commercial furniture dealer (e.g., Workrite or similar), with experience handling mid- to high-end contract furniture projects and strong relationships within the dealer and retail community.
The ideal candidate can be National Sales Director or Director of Inside Sales and Customer Service under a W-2 employment model with experience in managing both W-2 and 1099 sales teams, and the ability to recruit and onboard independent reps. Experience with mid- to high-end commercial furniture projects is highly preferred.
