Location: Remote – Local USA Only

Compensation: Commission Only (Transition to Fixed Salary + Full-Time Role at $100K Monthly Revenue Milestone)

We are seeking a high-performing Sales Consultant to drive revenue and expand our presence in the US market. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new clients primarily in IT Services, SaaS, and Biotech/Pharma sectors. This is a commission-only role to begin with, but once you generate $100K in monthly revenue, the role will transition into a full-time salaried position with long-term career growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in IT Products, SaaS, Biotech, and Pharma sectors.
  • Present ClientCurve’s outsourcing solutions, including lead generation, SDR-as-a-service, and digital marketing.
  • Engage C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Create and manage a sales pipeline through outbound efforts and inbound leads.
  • Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure a successful client onboarding and experience.
  • Report metrics, sales forecasts, and activity dashboards regularly.

Requirements

  • 4–20 years of B2B sales experience in IT, SaaS, or Biotech/Pharma industries.
  • Strong understanding of outbound sales, cold outreach, and CRM systems.
  • Proven ability to close deals and manage long sales cycles.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and self-driven attitude.
  • Based in the US or familiar with the US B2B sales ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
